Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Mattresses, Pillows & Mattress Protectors - All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmed purchase.
  • Bed Bases , Headboards dispatch may take longer as they are made to order. Usually they are dispatched within 1-5 days from the date of purchase.
  • Our stock is kept locally in Melbourne, and inventory is updated regularly to reflect accurate product availability on our website.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges & Timeframe

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated delivery times may vary due to external factors, including supply chain disruptions. While we strive to provide accurate timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur.

Delivery Method & Packaging

All Comfort360 mattresses are delivered rolled and compressed in a box for easy handling and setup.

Upon arrival, please carefully unbox and allow the mattress to expand fully within 24-72 hours.

Receiving Your Delivery

  • Ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, as some transport providers may require a signature upon arrival.
  • If you are unable to accept the delivery, please contact the courier to arrange a suitable alternative.
  • Comfort360 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if a customer opts for an authority-to-leave (ATL) delivery.

Refunds & Returns

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photographic or video evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and must be in their original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition (unless the item was received damaged).
